Our Services
We provide legal services for projects and business people we also publish local and foreign companies in and outside the republic of Iraq, and we submit taxes reports for companies in the general revenue agency department and direct deduction we also offer direct tax reports for foreign companies in the grand jury department, we provide inclusion companies and projects in the Iraqi ministry of labor and social affairs\retirement and social affairs department, we register a trade mark for companies in the Iraqi ministry of industry and mineral\ trade marks department, we get needed approval for the companies and projects from the sectoral regulators and the authorities concerned.
Our efforts on a National level
We offered legal advising for major NGOs and GOs in and outside of the country those organizations included the Extractive industries transparency working among the committee that participated in writing the draft law. We also worked as legal advisers for the Iraqi Journalists syndicate out of our belief in the independence of the Fourth Estate and the freedom of speech.
Initiating a lawsuit to bring down the flag of the Kurdistan Region from the official and unofficial state institutions in the Kirkuk Governorate to keep its sovereignty within an implementation of the Constitution of Iraq and to prevent the outbreak of civil war.
We also have had many important cases and lawsuits in the Administrative Court, including the case of the National Security Adviser the head of the National Security Apparatus, and the head of the Popular Mobilization Authority. Recently, we took over the coordination framework by filing a lawsuit in the Iraqi Federal Supreme Court on the issue of re-election. Cancellation of the oil and gas law by the decision of the Iraqi Federal Supreme Court.
Submitting a project to cancel the dissolved Revolutionary Command Council Resolution No. 180 for the year 1977, which allows the captains and heads of federations to nominate more than once and to correct this legal and administrative error that contradicts the text of Article (16) of the Iraqi constitution, the principle of equal opportunities, and obtained a letter of thanks and appreciation from The Iraqi Council of Representatives (as the first Iraqi lawyer) of its kind to receive a letter of thanks and appreciation from the Parliament, which represents the thanks and appreciation of the Iraqi people.

- We submitted tests before the Integrity Commission on several corruption files, including the news about the Iraqi Bar Association corruption files, which are currently before the judiciary and the investigations of the Integrity Commission.
Our response to major corruption operations, including the last one about renewing the contract of the mobile phone company, where he filed case No. 1918/B/2020, which achieved important positive results by forcing the mobile phone companies to pay many of their dues. We also actively contributed to dismissing two members outside the legal framework for violations. Administrative law of the Media and communications Commission, where the two gentlemen (SARKUT NAMIK and SALEM MASHKOUR) were referred to retirement due to an administrative violation because they were outside the legal period by more than (6 years).
We filed a lawsuit before the Civil Courts No. 1042/B/ 2021 in the Karrada Court of First Instance on the issue of mobile phone companies, the failure to implement the Financial Disability Law of 2020, and the non-payment of universal service wages from 2007 to the present day, which amounts to very large sums.
We offered Continuous support for the investigation staff of the Integrity Commission, support for their cultural and media activities, and their achievements in deterring the corrupt and spreading culture and awareness against the phenomenon of corruption.
We participated in filing a lawsuit before the Federal Supreme Court to cancel Article (13) of Law No. 13 of 2018 canceling pensions for members of the House of Representatives, and the decision was issued to cancel it. We Filed a lawsuit before the Iraqi Federal Supreme Court against the Speaker of the Iraqi Council of Representatives due to the legislation of the law abolishing the offices of public inspectors, which contributed to limiting the spread of corruption and the loss of an important, influential, and productive circle.

Our team participated in many international conferences in the field of law and international transparency for extractive industries, including the Lebanon conference and the Paris and Peru conference.
Federation of Trade Unions our team participated in several workshops on amending the labor law including the last one being in Beirut to raise awareness about the importance of workers' rights, especially in the middle east area.
In a case relating to French journalists that were unjustly accused of spying on the country due to a misunderstanding, the state organizations created a big lawsuit against them. However, we managed to win the case on their side and create justice.
Training
Our firm worked on creating more than 50 training sessions throughout the years for new lawyers and other training sessions in cooperation with Iraqi ministries out of our belief in serving our community and for a better future for law students and law practitioners all over the country.
